The Festival is called Holi-aHindu Festival celebrating the arrival of spring. The throwing of colored chalks is meant to represent the colors of spring. Held at the Sri-Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork. This location is the largest in one location, celebrating spring.
